CFB Borden - RCAF Memorial

 

Location:  N 44 16.068  W 079 54.428  Found in front of the RCAF Building, on Maple Leaf Drive, south of Lundy Lane.

CFB Borden is the birthplace of the Royal Canadian Air Force.  It's first training grounds and original hangers lie just to the west of this location at the museum.  This memorial acknowledges and pays tribute to the various forms and personnel of the RCAF at Borden.  Additionally there are also a selection of planes located nearby on the grounds.
