Location: Prince Edward County N 43 59.709 W 077 31.310 Located at 184 Mill Street, next to Branch 509 of the Royal Canadian Legion.
This simple yet worthy memorial was erected in October 1981, by members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 509. This is the second memorial erected by the branch, the first was unveiled in 1956, but due to the fieldstone construction and vandalism, it was replaced with this memorial that you see today.
