Cardinal

Location:  Leeds and Grenville County  N 44 47.341  W 075 22.920
In a courtyard, on the south-west corner of Highway 2 and Bridge Street.
This location was originally posted in December 2013, but due to photo issues is being re-posted.

This pleasant memorial consists of a single stone shaft in the centre of a small courtyard.  Along the wall, behind the shaft, is a plaque with the names of those lost in the World Wars, and also an Ontario Historical Plaque about the history of the founding of Cardinal.  A time capsule can also be found beside the wall, along with the flags of all Canadian provinces.
