Sydenham
Location: Frontenac County N 44 24.627 W 76 35.683
At the corner of Wheatley Street and Point Road, at the entrance to the park.
This memorial sits in a small parkette, at the entrance to a much larger park. Proudly sponsored and erected by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #496, this granite cross was dedicated in September of 1960. The cross lists no names of those who served, although it does list the years of the major conflicts of the twentieth century. A simple yet attractive monument to all from this village who have served their country.
