Wilberforce - Royal Canadian Legion Br. 624
Location: N 45 02.158 W 078 13.351 Located on Old Burleigh Road, at the north end of town, in front of the Legion.
The Royal Canadian Legion Douglas C. Hatch Branch 624 has a small memorial as well as an unique piece of equipment in front of their building.
The equipment is an anit-aircraft gun, which looks to be off a Naval vessel, although I could be mistaken.
As with most branches of the Legion, the Wilberforce Branch is deeply rooted in the community, hosting several events through out the years.
