This memorial was unveiled on November 11, 1988 to honour the veterans from Limoges who served their country and fell during the course of war. It consists of a brick wall with plaques to commemorate the fallen and those who contributed to the memorial.
Limoges is a small Francophone village of around 2,000 people, located between Embrun and Casselman. There are very few amenities found in this agricultural area, although it is home to Canada's largest theme waterpark, Calypso Park.
