Delta
Location: N 44° 36.529 W 076° 07.393 On County Road 42 in Delta, one of the prettiest towns in Ontario.
Small memorial located in Stone Mills Park. Park also includes a playground, gazebo, historic signs and this memorial. Delta is a small community of a few hundred people, to see the list of names is a sombre reminder of the sacrifice from all areas of the country.
A stone block with two separate plaques. The top one for the War of 1812, the bottom one for the 2 World Wars and Korea.
